We believe in keeping Tucci’s pizza simple and pure. It’s a traditional Neapolitan pie that never gets old. Starting with fresh dough and using the highest quality ingredients, we strive to bring you the best of Italian cuisine
After a 36-hour ferment, our dough balls are soft and full of bubbles. A few short minutes in the oven, and you get the perfect crust. Crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of chew.
Sauce
We rely on the bold and rich flavor of San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. No sugar or other flavoring is added.
Cheese
No shredded or greasy cheese used here! We use only fresh whole milk Mozzarella cheese or aged Parmigiano Reggiano

Party Size
Our team can serve 15-20 people per hour, as all food is prepared fresh on-site. Events may not exceed 4 hours to guarantee fresh ingredients.
On-Site Accomadation
The use of propane ovens require us to setup outdoors. We need approximately 200 sqft. of space to setup our cooking and serving station.
Customize Your Menu
You can request toppings outside of our signature pizzas upon booking your event. You may have up to 5 different pizza varieties for your event. Dessert pizza does not count towards this limit.
Venue
We serve all events withing a 25 mile radius of Manchester, CT. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot make exceptions for venues outside this radius.
